How Do I Check The Status Of An Order?
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information. Check your junk/spam if it’s not in your inbox. If you continue to struggle to find your Order Status, then please get in touch with our customer service team.
How Fast Is The Shipping & Fulfilment?
Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday (Business Days). We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-5 business days. Please take national holidays into account and extremely busy periods (e.g. launch, Black Friday, Thanksgiving and Christmas), as these may extend dispatch times.
You will receive an email with the tracking code once your order has been shipped, please use this tracking code to check your order status.
Shipping is dependent on location, but United States deliveries on average are 2-5 business days. Shipping to Canada, Mexico or certain states will extend this shipping time accordingly.
How Much Is The Shipping?
US delivery: $7.50 P&P up to 2lb and anything over 2lb is $10.
We deliver to Canada for $22 flat rate.
Zappy Coffee will occasionally offer shipping promotions with customers receiving free shipping if a minimum spend has been met. These promotions can change without notice.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Zappy Coffee (.com) delivers to the US & Canada.
We are constantly looking to expand locations so please sign up for our mailing list to be notified when we come to your city.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. The recipient is solely responsible for any customs or import duties, as well as associated fees, that are not already included in the delivery cost.
Please be aware that we have no influence over these charges, and their exact amounts are unpredictable.
In the event that you refuse delivery, you will bear responsibility for the original delivery charges, any applicable taxes and duties, and the expenses associated with returning the package. For additional details, please reach out to us via email.
What If My Order Is Lost In The Mail?
For packages lost in transit, all lost in mail claims must be submitted to us no later than 7 Calendar Days after the estimated delivery date.
We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if it is confirmed that the shipping address you provided was correct. It would also be good for you to get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if the tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you have not received it, we will NOT take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
Zappy Coffee are not responsible for any shipments affected by customs, force majeure events, delays caused by workforce strikes, nor any other extra fees, or charges related to your shipment.
My Order Shows It's Been Returned To Sender, What Is Going On?!
If the tracking information was correctly delivered to you but it was unclaimed, shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us.
New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed or had an incorrect address originally provided.
