Our coarse Ground Coffee is ideal for this brewing method. The longer brewing process allows the flavor to be extracted without undue bitterness.
Try: 1 tablespoon of Zappy Ground Coffee (15mg) to 10 fl oz of water.
Brew time: 4 mins
Team Zappy recommends a higher coffee to water ratio when using their coarse ground coffee in your pour-over to ensure you extract the best flavor from the larger particles.
Try: 2 heaped tablespoons of Zappy Ground Coffee (30g) to 11 fl oz of water (320ml)
Team Zappy says you should only use coarse ground coffee in your cold brew maker. This ensures a smooth extraction of flavor from your coffee.
Try: 4 heaped tablespoons of Zappy Ground Coffee (60g) to 14 fl oz of water.
Brew time: Leave for 6 hours or overnight.
Lighting-fast iced coffee
1. Add 1-3 tsp (5ml-15ml) of coffee concentrate to a cup with ice.
2. Top up with 8oz (240ml) water, milk or dairy alternative, stir and enjoy.
